my cell phone has without me knowing it controlled basically everything I do on a social level. when i was a young kid and didn't have a phone i would always talk to my friends at school and discuss plans there for what we were going to do that night. i would have to talk to them face to face and plan things out all ahead of time and when we left school i knew that i had to be at my friends house at a certain time and that time wouldn't change. now that i have a cell phone i no longer have to see my friends to talk to them i can just simply pick up my phone and shoot them a text message and figure everything out from there. and with that people can always let you no what there doing and if there going to be late they can just text you so you don't have to go somewhere early. now that i have stepped back i realize that socially i completely rely on my phone to keep in contact with my friends on a daily basis and without it my life would be much harder.

  1. HI connor...

I agree with you that our phones have become important to us. We use them everyday and we would feel lost without them. When we were younger we could talk face to face but now everything goes through technology, especially when communicating with other people.
